Cronulla Caringbah all rounder Charlie Bates was as usual rushing around helping out here and there, the old chuck - a - saurus is a s reliable as the sun & and must just about live at Endeavour. On ya Charlie.

Over at the Matty's Cup part of the field...

Things look like they were going fine..... all the players started to group and hang with their clubs or school teammates.

That lasted about 6 minutes, then Dave Howlett said, this is a team, we all need to be mates.

The boys paired off with a bloke that they didn't know, as almost half the train on squad won't be used for the '09 season, Dave Howlett told the boys, "look at the bloke next to you, he may not be here when we play"

A very fit looking Shane Walker was in the thick of the training on his first day with the Sharks, "yeah, it's great to be here and really looking forward to being involved with Dave and the team" said Shane.

It worked, players started to train with blokes the only knew from teams that played each week...

The boys are back !

The Sharks SG Ball players and staff must be keen to get ready for next season after this years magnificent world beating form which saw the Sharks miss the finals by a game.

They have a few of this years Matthew's Cup side training, Ben, Tubbsy, Sam, Zac, Hass & Brucey were working hard with the battle hardened veterans like Chad Townsend, and Hayden Peacock and the boys.
